Onsite Support Package

Our Onsite support package includes our remote support package, and also includes unlimited onsite support for any requirements you may have.   You pay a fixed price and receive an immediate telephone and remote support and follow on onsite support when you need it.

Although our monitoring system can pre-empt most issues and allow us to be able to use our remote access to your systems to resolve your issues, sometimes it is necessary for the physical inspection of the system to be undertaken.  We also find these occasions will allow new possibilities to be examined to progress your IT systems further.

We also provide onsite support for any installation or development work that is required. From the installation of a new PC on the network to the complete deployment of a new server on the network, we have engineers available to provide a friendly and expert service.

We also install new printers on your network and can help with office relocations wherever that may be.
